We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenues & Benefits team as a Revenue & Benefits Officer.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with statutory regulations, policies, and procedures. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a local government setting and have knowledge of Revenues & Benefits systems and document management tools—but we’re also keen to hear from candidates with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.

You’ll need to be confident working with data, maintaining accurate records, and using Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Experience in administering Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax discounts and exemptions would be a strong advantage.
