Are you passionate about helping people take the next step toward stable, independent living?

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Move On Officer to join our Housing Solutions Service. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be at the heart of supporting individuals and families as they transition out of Temporary Accommodation (TA), ensuring their journey is as smooth and empowering as possible.

As a Move On Officer, your primary focus within this role will be to move people on from TA, by building and developing partnerships with landlords and letting agents and securing homes in the private rented sector. You’ll be instrumental in identifying move-on opportunities early, coordinating transitions, and maintaining regular contact with clients to keep their housing journey on track. Your work will directly contribute to reducing the reliance on TA and improving outcomes for those in housing need.

This is more than just a housing role - it’s about making a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll collaborate with a wide network of internal teams and external partners, from social services to community safety, to ensure every applicant receives the support they need.

If you’re someone who thrives on meaningful work, values strong customer service, and is ready to take on a role with real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
